| Facilities at Choctaw Country Club | |

| Reception Area | Recently remodeled, the top floor of the clubhouse is a perfect area for wedding receptions, alumni reunions, parties and important meetings. The area is available for rent on a per-day basis. A fully-equiped kitchen and bar is included along with a carpeted meeting/dining area and a dance floor with bandstand. An outdoor balcony allows for a spectacular view of the course and swimming pool. Men's and women's bathrooms/dressing rooms also exist on this floor. Capacity - 150 people. | Clubhouse | A two-story clubhouse was re-constructed in 1979 after a fire destroyed the clubhouse at this location. The upstairs area is as described above. The downstairs area houses a Pro Shop, eating/lounging area with TV and separate men's and women's bathroom and locker facilities. |

| Golf Course | Nine hole course with two sets of teeing areas on each hole. Par 36 on front nine, par 35 on back nine. Burmuda grass tees, fairways and greens. Watering system includes fairways. Cartpaths throughout course. |

| Driving Range | Includes target pins at 100, 150 and 200 yards. Range is 275 yards deep by 100 yards wide. Range balls must be brought by player and picked up if they are wished to be kept. |

| Putting Clock | A practice putting/chipping area representative of the greens on the course. |

| Swimming Pool | 40' x 20' in-ground. Fenced with large lounging area equiped with lounging furniture and tables. Lifeguard on duty during swimming season from 12 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily (except Mondays.) Private parties may be scheduled after hours. No swimming without lifeguard present. |

| Cart Storage | Approximately 70 privately-owned cart sheds exist
on Choctaw property. These rights to occupy these sheds are "owned" in a
condiminium fashion by the occupants and are bought, sold and traded on a
regular basis. Owners must maintain a current membership with the club. Any
owner terminating his or her membership has 90 days to "sell" their shed or it
becomes property of the club.
Approximately 10 "community" shed spots, owned by the club, are available for rent to members as space is available. Each shed owner or community shed renter pays $10 monthly to store electric carts and $5 monthly to store gas carts. Currently, members of Choctaw Country Club pay no trail fees to use their own personal carts (although this is subject to change). |
